<em>Sciogliere nei liquidi intiepiditi il lievito e lo zucchero, impastare con la farina e lavorare per qualche minuto, aggiungere il sale e lavorare ancora bene per una decina di minuti.<br />
Al termine staccare dall'impasto un terzo della quantità totale: formare una palla con il pezzo più grosso, metterlo a lievitare in una ciotola coperta con pellicola ( io metto in microonde spento).<br />
Quando l'impasto bianco avrà raddoppiato il proprio volume, dividiamolo a metà, e stendiamolo in due dischi, da ciascuno dei quali ricaveremo ( se avete il porzionatore decisamente con minor fatica e più precisione ) 16 spicchi di pasta, che arrotoleremo a formare i croissant-ini neutri. </em><br />
<em>Naturalmente, se avete deciso di utilizzare anche i miniwurstel... non dimenticate di inserirli nei croissant..!!</em><br />
<em>Avremo così ottenuto 32 minicroissant neutri e 16 aromatizzati.<br />
Disponiamo in teglia coperta da cartaforno, mettiamo a lievitare sotto pellicola fino al raddoppio del volume(sembreranno sul punto di scoppiare.</em><br />
<em>Portare il forno a 200/210°, prima di infornare pennellare delicatamente, o meglio ancora, nebulizzare i croissant con abbondante latte. se vi piace, potete metterci su i semini di seamo, che li rendono ancora più carini.<br />
cuocere per una decina di minuti, fino a doratura.<br />
Appena sfornati, nebulizzare ancora col latte (questo renderà ancora più morbida la crosta) e far raffreddare su una gratella.</em><br />

In un'altra ciotola versare il latte e sciogliervi il lievito, lo zucchero ed il burro. Marmellata o Nutella..</div><a name='more'></a><div style="text-align: left;">Mischiare tutti gli ingredienti e lavorare l'impasto per un bel po'..<br />
Inizialmente vi dara' l'impressione di un impasto che si sbricioli continuamente, ma lavorandolo per bene tutti gli ingrediendi inizieranno ad amalgamarsi. Formare con l'impasto una palla che dividerete in 4 pezzi.<br />
Con il mattarello stendendiamo ogni pezzo in una striscia lunga e larga senza assottigliare troppo il nostro impasto, con un cucchiaio stendiamo la nostra farcitura lasciando abbastanza liberi i margini della nostra striscia (Ricordate che non bisogna mai abbondare con il ripieno poiche' durante la cottura appesantirebbe la lievitazione e potrebbe bruciacchiarsi in superficie..). Arrotoliamo l'impasto partendo dal margine piu' stretto, creeremo cosi 4 rotolini che posizioneremo sulla nostra placca, gia' rivestita con carta da forno,un po' distanziati tra loro. In forno a 180° i primi 10' poi abbassare a 150° per altri 20'. Infine coloro leggermente in superfice con il grill (i tempi di colorazione variano a seconda del forno ) fare raffreddare e tagliare i nostri biscotti, infine spolverizzare con zucchero a velo.<br />
Io adoro particolarmente questi biscotti adatti ad ogni occasione!!<br />
